Mother's Day 2018

'Happy belated Mother's Day to all you wonderful mamas out there. Lord knows it is not an easy job and kudos go out to all you women putting it down for you and your kids!

My first set of gifts- a mom life coffee mug, new planner and the "Mom" set of happy planner stickers...they know me so well!

We celebrated a mini Mother's Day with Rachel on Saturday.  Instead of breakfast, I opted for Starbucks

flowers, cards, and three different types of chocolate with hazelnuts...those three girls have my heart forever!

I was blessed with the opportunity to provide a Muffins with Mom breakfast for some beautiful mothers and families I'm currently fortunate enough to be working with- more on this later.

He also got me this steam cleaner for our carpets.  We've already started pricing to have them ripped out, but with a puppy in the house and as long as I even have so much as a rug- if you're going to have pets, you need a steam cleaner.

My 34th B-day

I had an awesome 34th birthday.  Wonderful time spent with family and friends and a wonderful gift to top it all off.

My b-day festivities started on my actual birthday with my BF Marcie and her cute family coming over and cooking up some carne asada for me.  The get it from the Mexican market on Fairview and it is awesome!

On Saturday we celebrated my birthday with the girls.  We were lucky that it was a Rachel weekend so we saved the best for this day.

The party wrapped up on Sunday at my moms house with a big family birthday dinner for me and my stepbrother, whose birthday is just two days after mine.

they have no idea that we're all about to get big news....

we thought he was taking us to the farmers market.....which I though was weird cuz we were stopping at the ATM and grabbing a fairly hefty sum of cash out.....

and then he dropped the bomb that he wasn't taking us to the farmers market...we were heading out to Caldwell to pick out our brand new Golden Retriever puppy.
