Jump Creek Falls

A little ways outside of Marsing is a hidden little gem called jumpcreek falls. It's a 60 foot waterfall in the middle fo no where basically. It is surrounded by trailheads so you can cruise all around. We packed a picnic, grabbed Bella and Zoe, got the mazz-ster ready and headed out. None of us had ever been there before so we were excited to go. Mazzy was a BEAST. Let's put it this way- that dog is not afraid of water, heights, people or anything else at this point. We are so proud of her. She jumped in the water, played around, ran up steep hills, and was just such an awesome little puppy. We're excited for her to get bigger so she can really take full advantage of all those things she seems to love to do!

Mazzy

This Mazzy, our beautiful black lab puppy. We got her on Father's Day as a surprise for Louis. It was kinda a trick present. He told me I could have a puppy after I paid my car off, but then re-nigged and said I could have one at the end of June as long as my car was paid off within the month. SO....that meant that we needed to go pick up a puppy as a suprise for him for Father's Day. Me and the girls got up early, Louis thought we were getting stuff to make him breakfast, so he slept in and we headed all the way out to Emmett to pick up this pretty little girl. We got her home and he was super surprised to see such a pretty little lady waiting for him. She is such a good puppy...basically potty trained from the get go. Anyways, labs are known to not only be great family dogs, but also to be hyper....AND when you have three little girls that have hyper issues themselves....we have a perfect match!!! So, without further ado...here is Mazzy:

Rachel's Second Grade Presentation

For her end of the year project, Rachel had to do a project on an animal.She chose the bald eagle and she did a wonderful job.  She did all the research herself, made the poster board and made a small clay figurine. She worked very hard and did a great job.

The other day I was making gumpaste flowers and the girls decided  they wanted to help me...all was well until zoe took it just a little bit too far....and she then she wondered and got all ticked off when she got sent to time out....

it has to be a goofy one

THIS is the first family photo we have of all five of us together. It was taken at my work party and of course, since it is the first, and only one we have at this point....it has to be quite goofy.....

( we love it none the less).....
