So we have been just kinda chillin' lately. Not a ton of things going on, but there are some things coming up in the works.
Next week Louis and I are taking a five day romantic retreat to an ocean front condo in Newport Beach OR, just him and me, and I am so, so, SO excited. We need a get away with just the two of us. It should be nice. Hopefully we get rain along with some nice weather. I would love to have at least one moonlit walk on the beach with him, but other than that just being able to lay around in the condo, read a book, watch some TV and snuggle would be amazing.
Had Parent-Teacher conferences on Thursday...both girls did AMAZING! Bella got straight A's!!!! Zoe did amazing as well, but she doesn't get letter grades yet. Bella is reading at a fifth grade level and zoe is at a third..both two grade levels above their grades. I'm VERY proud of that.
We are planning a family trip to Seattle in July. We are taking the girls to a One Direction concert. Yes, we are THOSE parents, and they are STOKED! We also have other fun things planned, stay tuned for a post on that.
We had family pictures done yesterday. Those should be back in about two weeks. We chose the train depot this year for our location and I think we are going to get some great photos. Im excited.
This summer sometime Im hoping for Louis and I to get away to our tropical vacation. April isn't going to work so we will have to plan something else for April, maybe just Las Vegas again.
Other than this, not a whole lot goin on. Bella's soccer is done until Spring and Zo's still hip hoppin' away. Good times!
