Oh la la

So.....I've been either super super good, or super super naughty this year......I can't decide which, but regardless, I got hooked up on the goods!!
I got these delicious FRYE boots, yes ladies you read that right...FRYE boots  They are absolutely everything I hoped for and more.  They are the Veronica TANKER( sorry, I originally called it the belted engineer. i was looking at another pair, that looks super similar. The boot pictured above is the tanker). It also comes in black, but I love the cognac color.

and then to top it all off I got this pretty little number.  Its the new Michael Kors studded Selma bag in chili.  This puppy is so pretty. So, so pretty.  So while this Christmas was not about quantity, it was quite clearly about quality and Im super excited!!

Christmas 2015

We hope you all had a great Christmas.  Ours was pretty low key. Everyone  got spoiled of course, but more importantly we were able to spend quality time with the ones we love.  Merry Christmas.

My parents are taking Bella and Zoe to florida for almost two weeks over spring break, so that was their main Christmas present from them, but f  course with kiddos they HAVE to have something to open, so they got them a little gift bag. There was a water bottle, pretty sweet spiked headphones, a really cute charm necklace they bought them in Charleston SC when they were there and a calendar because they are both obsessed with calendars. weird, I know!!

My parents bought us both a super nice 12 person silverware set for Christmas, but then they also had a little gift for us each to open.  Louis has a bar set up in our house and him and my dad are frequent customers, so of course it is appropriate to get him bar supplies.  He got all the stuff to do Moscow mules...he didn't realize how smoothly they went down and was quite buzzed by the time he finished the first one.

I also got a huge oversized mixing bowl full of kitchen goodies, but forgot to take a picture!!! My favorite!! You can never go wrong buying me any sort of kitchen gadget or cookbook!! My mama hit the nail on the head though and put a Cuisinart immersion blender in there, some dope zesters, a nice paring knife and lots of other stuff. I was stoked!!

Christmas morning.  Everyone else was asleep and this little elf was up filling stockings, making breakfast and all that fun stuff.

and this so bad girl ate all of santas cookies!!

Zozo and B Bop at zero dark thirty, ready to get the party started

the one and only picture of the three of us on the holiday...and of course its at like 6 am after 2 hours of sleep with no makeup....so pretty! :)

We picked Rachel up at nine, but the girls were chomping at the bit to open presents, so since Louis' parents sent her gifts to her mother's house, we let them open the gifts from Grandma and Grandpa P

So they made out like bandits of course!!  Zoe got two monster high dolls and bella got a star wars lego set and and some legos candy.

getting into the stockings

a week before Christmas, Santa brought the girls' 'big' gift from us.  They each got their own brand new Dell laptops with minecraft and all that junk loaded on it.  little bit bummed, that they now have a nicer laptop than I do...all three of them... :)

they love him!!!

Hannukah in SLC

Zoe has a really good friend named Stella whose family is Jewish. Stella's aunt owns a 500 student private Jewish school in Salt Lake City and a few weekends ago they invited Zoe and Stella down for a huge gala the school was putting on.  They also went and saw the Nutcracker in a private box, they stayed in a penthouse downtown SLC, and so many other things.  Zoe got three different ball gowns for all the festivities, and she loved it.
I was so proud of her, she took the time and learned the Hebrew prayer for dinner and even had her own menorah.
