This was Tatum's first trip to the pumpkin patch. We didn't take him last year because he was only 5 months old and, really...what's the point? This year, at almost 18 months, was a bit better, but still mostly for photo op's and such.
We went to Linder Farms this year. I've never really cared for them and always preferred The Farmstead, but since it was their last year of business, we decided to go ahead and go for it, PLUS, Tuesdays were 1/2 price and it cost like 6 bucks to get in and was about 2 miles up the road from us. It worked out alright.
We hit up the petting zoo, which was the biggest hit for Tatum. He loved all the animals. That was about where it ended for us though. He was getting fussy after about 15 minutes of walking around and we didn't think he'd last through a hayride. We didn't see a corn box or anything else that would really be his style, so we wandered a bit more, eventually found him a little pumpkin and came home.
Next year, we will go to Farmstead. I'm sure it will be a HUGE thing next year and he will have a blast running all over the place!! Looking forward to it already!!! :)
