10 years and Christmas

I think I misrepresented my last post.  We didn't buy that Tesla.  We were test driving it. It was so much fun to drive.  And safe.  It was a model 3.  We loved her, but realistically, that is just a little too small for us, so it didn't work out.

However, my husband is the SWEETEST man alive.  He knew I really loved that little car, and really did want her, but no matter how hard we tried, we couldn't justify it...just too small....I was bummed, but we gave her back the next day.

When we got home, I started making dinner. He came in from the garage, and handed his phone to me and walked away. I looked at his phone, it had the Tesla Model Y site up.....

wtf.....

I chased him down in the garage, he wasn't there, but a note on his desk was....

'Build what you want. Order it.  Happy 10 year anniversary. I love you'

So...that's exactly what I did.  She will be here in January.....

We normally live pretty frugally.  As I said recently, we don't really do credit and live well within our means.  We don't care much about what the neighbors are doing, and my husband still drives his kia.  He loves that thing.  But, every once in a while, you just have to treat yourself, and splurge. We have NEVER done anything like this, so we are quite excited!!
