This year for Halloween we had a princess, a cheerleader and a zombie doctor. Even though the weather was hit and miss we layered up and decided to brave it. We had dinner and nana and papa's house and then hit the streets in their neighborhood. When I say they hit the jackpot, it would be an understatement. They each got 6 full size candy bars. One house gave them one and then told them to go ahead and pick out another one. The houses were giving handfuls of candy out. We only got about half way through the neighborhood before we had to go back to my moms house to empty their bags out because they were over flowing. They have pounds of candy. All good stuff-snickers, kit kats, almond joy etc. No one gave out the gross stuff...it was seriously the stuff urban legends are made of..the illusive neighborhood that gives full size candy bars. :) It was a lot of fun, and unfortunately over a little too soon.
