Chester 2017, Part III- Yellowstone!

A view of the Teton Mountains as we were leaving Chester and heading towards Yellowstone.

a view of four of my most favorite people in the whole world...and yes, the world is  a big place

Getting ready to do a little shopping in West Yellowstone

What would a trip anywhere be without stopping at an old fashioned candy store.

I thought this was super funny...I like his jacked up rapist van

Isn't this the prettiest super volcano you've ever seen?? ;P

We decided to stop and have a picnic lunch in Yellowstone this year.  Every year in the past we just have lunch in the lodge at Ole' Faithful.

pretty boy... :)

We were held up in traffic, going literally about 5-10 miles an hour, for over an hour.  The hold up?- this guy...one lone buffalo

He was huge as you can clearly see, and no, we did not intentionally get this close to this guy, but we were driving and we had to pass him...he was cool with it.. :)

on our way to see some paint pots

and this little chipmunk

I think this is the same buffalo we were held up by.  We went and flipped around and headed back out the way we came and lo and behold, who did we see.... our little buffalo friend
