| THis is during the music program. The conga was one of the dances and they came down and pulled people up to stage to do it with them. I had a feeling I was going to be going up there since I was sitting in the front row so I could help the kids with their dances. :) |

| Louis' boss loves crepes. I told Louis there was NO way I was making enough crepes to feed 20 grown men crepes for breakfast........so, here is the picture of Louis' plate of crepes at work...that I swore I wasn't going to make. Actually, crepes aren't hard to make, simply time consuming. I made like 80 of these bad boys all on Sunday. They keep wonderfully in the fridge over night, and then I just folded them all in triangles, reheated in an oven for about 10 minutes, just enough to make them warm, and off he went to work with all sorts of toppings to choose from- Crepe bar on wheels! |

| When Louis and I were at Chandlers, we ordered a chocolate souffle, which they actually ended up comping, once they figured out we were there celebrating the purchase of our new home! Cheers to Chandler's, anyways it was to die for....it was also a $15 dessert, which is really just too expensive for my blood, but I found a recipe online that was almost spot on. I served it to the girls one evening...it was a hit a home as well! |
