We are doing this honeymoon IMMEDIATELY after the wedding. Like literally- our flight leaves at 5:50 pm the day after the wedding. Unfortunately we wont get there until mid afternoon the following day, but then we will have six days of pure relaxation- sand, sun, and lots of good food, good drinks and awesome excursion.
We are going to an all inclusive resort for six days and seven nights. The resort has 16 restaurants, 8 bars-including 2 swim up bars, a couple all night snack bars-and its all part of the package price we already paid. I've never been to an all inclusive resort before, but its pretty awesome actually. We, of course, upgraded to an ocean front deluxe suite...can't go on your honeymoon and just stay in your standard room! :)
I haven't booked any excursions yet, but have some on the list- swimming with dolphins, touring a cigar factory, shopping....of course there will plenty of lounging.... but I can NOT wait to swim with dolphins!!!

I got our flight itinerary. Its pretty good on the way- we leave here, go to San Francisco, then to Newark, NJ, and then on to Punta Cana. On the way back we go through D.C. and then Denver, where we have to stay overnight, but we get home at like 10 am on Halloween so that will be perfect!!
