Last Wednesday was my annual work party at Wahooz. It is such a nice thing they do for their employees and their employees families. Each person/family member is given a wrist band for unlimited go-karts, mini golf, laser tag, bumper boats, etc, a $5 dollar token card, plus they host a BBQ buffet which has burgers, hotdogs, veggie burgers, black bean chipotle burgers, side salads, drinks and all the fixin's. They bring in face painters, balloon artists and an inflatable wave rider ride thing, kids games where they can win prizes, a popcorn machine and a cotton candy machine-all this on top of the regular Wahooz activities. I'm sure it's expensive for them to do this, but all of the employees, especially the ones with kids, look forward to it every year. They also raffle off prizes- nice prizes. This year some of the prizes included a kindle, ipad, coleman grill, spa package, bicycle, and more. I didn't win anything of course, I have absolutely no luck, but it's nice they do it.
