Anyways, this year for his birthday we had a small gathering of people at our house. It was on a Thursday, so we wanted to keep it pretty low key for the work week. He wanted fried chicken and triple berry pie- so that is exactly what he got.
On Friday, the day after his birthday, we took the opportunity and him and I went to the Melting Pot and celebrated not only his birthday but also D Day for me....or me quitting my job. :)
