Christmas 2017: Post V- Christmas Eve and Christmas day

Bev, Louis' mom, sent the WhirlyPop popcorn maker to me for Christmas and it is awesome. It makes the best popcorn.  Anyways, Rikki, our elf on the shelf always leaves a Christmas bag for the girls and of course, what would Christmas Eve be without homemade cookies?!?! This year we made raisinette and oatmeal chocolate chip.

bad Christmas Eve pup! :)

Bella trying to eat her egg roll with chopsticks....did not go well!

That man right there waited in line at Ghuang Zhou for almost THREE hours to pick up our Chinese food.  Literally 10 minutes after I called and ordered they stopped taking any new customers or orders to go for the rest of the night because they were that busy- I ordered at 5:45 and they were supposed to be open until 9:00 pm.

can hardly stand it....

new jammies and slippers

they will probably get matching jammies for as long as I can get away with it! :)

Christmas morning- we told them they had to wait until 7 to wake us up. They made it until 7:30. :)

Stockings first- she was stoked about some thinking putty

and on to presents.  We were straight up with the girls and told them each they had $150 from us for Christmas and how did they want it? cash, presents or both?  Rachel chose both and the other two chose gifts.

Bella was super psyched about her drone

and Zo was super happy about her bitty baby

They had so much fun. Louis and I got each other nothing this year.  The house is our gift and we are super thankful.

trying to open her present from grandma and grandpa P with her mind powers....they each got a beautiful necklace! They love them! :)

mazzy got a present too

Christmas morning breakfast- crepes

couldn't help but laugh at this- she wanted to take her new bitty baby out "sledding"

hot chocolate!

getting the table ready for our Christmas fondue dinner

we picked Rachel up for a sleepover at 5pm, so they got to open their remaining presents

Dinner time- traditional Swiss fondue with all the typical dippers.

Zoe getting Noelle ready for dinner.

The only picture of dessert- chocolate fondue with all the traditional dippers.

After dessert we all watched Gremlins 2 and ate popcorn!  It was a wonderful day spent together and we couldn't have asked for anything more.  We wish you all a Merry Christmas.
