Interior wise the walls are up and textured, not painted yet.
We locked our rates in today. Our interest rate jumped a little bit from our quote when we started the whole process, but it's still pretty good and it doesn't look like they're gonna fall any time soon- so c'est la vie.
We have been given a solid close date: January 26th. We have our final walk through scheduled for January 23 and then closing on Friday, keys delivered at 5 pm.
It's exciting but still a bit surreal. It totally looks awesome outside but inside is just bare so it's hard to imagine that in 5 weeks we will be living in that bad boy.
The house has been appraised and we have shopped for and signed our homeowners insurance paperwork.
